Benjamin Moore’s 2022 colour trends are the perfect introduction to spring! They are fun, fresh and versatile, making the chore of painting my spare bedroom even harder.

Tips for choosing your paint colours:

If you don’t know where to begin, start with any items that you won’t be changing like large furniture pieces, flooring, or any permanent features

Look for inspiration online (Pinterest, Instagram, Blogs, etc.)

Once you’ve decided on the direction you want to go, narrow your choices down to 5 or less paint colours

Keep in mind that paint colours will look more intense on your walls than they do on paint colour strips with multiple shades

Look at the colour you’re considering in the room that you will be painting

See how the paint colour look sin that room with different lighting situations

Test the colour by painting a small area of the room
